RETURNS
Each piece is carefully inspected multiple times for any damage or defects before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and a video of the package and product for verification.
Returns will not be accepted for any other reason, including change of mind, personal preference, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with the design, colour, or size.

CANCELLATIONS
As all orders are processed promptly, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We kindly encourage you to review your cart carefully and ensure you’re completely in love with your selections before checking out.
COD & PARTIAL PAYMENTS
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on domestic orders, with a ₹100 deposit payable at the time of placing your order. The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.
Please note that if a COD order is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the ₹100 deposit will be non-refundable. This helps us cover the two-way shipping costs incurred for the order.
We truly appreciate your understanding and kindly request that you place a COD order only when you’re confident you’ll be available to receive it.
CANCELLATIONS BY HOUSE OF ESMERALDA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED
While we make every effort to fulfil all confirmed orders, House of Esmeralda reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including where a product is found to be damaged, defective, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable for dispatch during our final quality inspection.
In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly, and any amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded in full to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing timelines.
